Thank you for using FW Fintech Private Limited (hereinafter referred to as “Novelty Wealth”) platform (hereinafter referred to as the “Platform”) and Services (as defined below) through Novelty Wealth’s mobile application and website (hereinafter referred to as the “App” or “Website”, as the context may require). This Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement” or “Terms of Service”) is a legally binding agreement between you (hereinafter referred to as “You”, “Your”, “User(s)”) and Novelty Wealth and/or its affiliates (together referred to as “We”, “Us”, or “Our(s)”), governing the rights and obligations between You and Novelty Wealth in respect of the Platform and Services.
You acknowledge and agree that Your use of the Platform and the Services constitutes Your acceptance of this Agreement and all of the terms and conditions stated herein, as well as the Platform’s Privacy Policy, referenced herein and any related terms.

Legal Compliance
THIS PLATFORM TERMS OF SERVICE HAS BEEN DRAFTED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE PROVISIONS OF:
Rule 3 (1) of the Information Technology (Intermediaries Guidelines) Rules, 2011, which requires publishing rules, regulations, privacy policy, and terms of service for access or usage of the App and related services.
Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011, wherever applicable.
PLEASE READ THIS AGREEMENT CAREFULLY AS IT CONTAINS A BINDING AND MANDATORY ARBITRATION PROVISION, WHICH LIMITS THE REMEDIES AVAILABLE TO YOU IN THE EVENT OF CERTAIN DISPUTES.
BY ACCEPTING THIS AGREEMENT, EITHER BY CLICKING A BOX INDICATING YOUR ACCEPTANCE OR BY USING THE PLATFORM, YOU AGREE THAT:
(A) YOU HAVE READ AND UNDERSTOOD THE AGREEMENT;
(B) YOU REPRESENT THAT YOU ARE AT LEAST 18 YEARS OLD;
(C) YOU CAN FORM A LEGALLY BINDING CONTRACT UNDER THE INDIAN CONTRACT ACT, 1872;
(D) YOU ACCEPT THIS AGREEMENT AND AGREE TO BE LEGALLY BOUND BY ITS TERMS.
Eligibility
We reserve the right to refuse access to the Platform if we determine that you are “Incompetent to Contract” under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. This includes, but is not limited to, minors, undischarged insolvents, etc.
You represent and warrant to Us that You will use the Platform in compliance with all applicable laws. We reserve the right to refuse or terminate access at any time without providing reasons.
DEFINITIONS
In this Agreement, unless otherwise stated:
“Applicable Laws” means any relevant Indian statutes, regulations, rules, orders, and laws, as amended from time to time.
“Business Day” means any day that is not a Saturday, Sunday, or a public holiday when both banks and capital markets are operational.
“Confidential Data” means any information related to the User that is shared with or stored on Novelty Wealth’s Platform.
“Regulation(s)” refers to the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Investment Advisers) Regulations, 2013, and subsequent amendments and circulars.

Novelty Wealth provides AI-powered investment advisory services and financial planning tools to individual users for personal use. Services include:

Portfolio Monitoring
Financial Data Aggregation via Account Aggregator (AA)
Mutual Fund Tracking via MF Central, CAMS, and KFintech
Novelty Wealth operates as a SEBI-registered Investment Advisor (RIA) under License No. INA000019415.
GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Limited License
Subject to Your compliance with these Terms of Service, Novelty Wealth grants You a personal, limited, non-exclusive, revocable, and non-transferable license to access and use the Platform.
You must not:
Modify, distribute, copy, or reproduce content from the Platform.
Reverse engineer, disassemble, or attempt to derive source code.
Use automated tools (bots, scrapers, etc.) to access Platform data.
Interfere with Platform security, user data, or transactions.
PRIVACY POLICY
Our Privacy Policy describes how Novelty Wealth handles personal, financial, and non-personal data collected from Users. By using our Platform, you consent to the collection and use of data as per our Privacy Policy.
Any dispute arising from the use of the Platform or Services shall be governed by Indian laws.
All disputes shall be resolved via binding arbitration, governed by the Indian Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
Jurisdiction: The seat of arbitration shall be Bangalore, India.
MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS
Novelty Wealth reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Any modifications will be notified via email or Platform updates. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
