Nityas Gems and Jewellery IPO GMP

GMP stands for Grey Market Premium. It is the extra amount some traders are willing to pay for IPO shares in an informal market before listing, on top of the issue price. This market runs outside the stock exchanges, so the figure is unregulated, unverified, and can move sharply within a single day. A high GMP does not confirm a listing gain, and a low one does not rule it out, because it tracks short-term sentiment rather than the worth of the business. A steadier read on the IPO comes from the company's financials, how it plans to use the money, its valuation, and the risk factors set out in the Red Herring Prospectus (RHP).

About Nityas Gems and Jewellery Limited

Originally incorporated as Nityas Gems and Jewellery Private Limited in April 2022 (renamed Nityas Gems and Jewellery Limited in July 2025), Nityas Gems and Jewellery Limited is a Surat-based company engaged in the design, manufacture, and sale of lab-grown diamond (LGD) studded gold jewellery. It commenced operations in July 2022 and runs a vertically integrated, dual-channel model: a business-to-business (B2B) channel supplying organised and standalone jewellery retailers and wholesalers, and a direct-to-consumer (D2C) channel.

Its B2B network covers customers across 18 states and 2 union territories in India, along with international markets including the UAE, Australia, Canada, Taiwan, and Kenya. In July 2025 it acquired the "Ayaani" brand, expanding into D2C retail through its subsidiary, Ayaani Diamonds and Jewellery, which runs an online platform and 10 physical stores across 8 Indian cities. It manufactures at a 7,000 square foot facility in Surat, and as of 31 August 2026 its 29-member in-house design team had developed a portfolio of over 32,000 jewellery designs using CAD and CAM.

The company's promoters are Rajnikant Lallubhai Chanchad, Sonalben Rajnikant Chanchad, and Savaliya Dhruv Janakbhai.

What are the Key Strengths of Nityas Gems and Jewellery (as stated in the RHP)

What the Money Will Be Used For

2-Yr CAGR is calculated from FY 2024 to FY 2026. This is a young, fast-scaling company that began operations in 2022, so it is growing from a small base, which is why the growth rates are very high. Revenue roughly quadrupled and profit rose more than five times over the two years, while net worth grew sharply, helped by capital raised and profits retained.

The RHP lists several risk factors. A few of the key ones are summarised below. Please read the full RHP for the complete list.

  • Its revenue from operations is significantly concentrated among a limited number of B2B customers; its top 10 customers contributed 76.68%, 84.24%, and 97.17% of revenue from operations in FY 2025, FY 2024, and FY 2023.
  • It has a limited operating history, having commenced operations in 2022, which makes it harder to evaluate its business and future prospects.
  • Its business is working capital intensive, and its working capital requirements have increased significantly with its scale.
  • It has experienced negative cash flows from operating and investing activities in previous periods.
  • Its business depends on the lab-grown diamond jewellery segment and on evolving end-consumer preferences, including acceptance of its designs.
  • It may not be able to effectively hedge against fluctuations in gold prices, which could affect its margins and cash flows.
  • It has not obtained any credit ratings, which may affect its ability to access debt on favourable terms.
  • It has entered into related party transactions, and may continue to do so.
  • One of its independent directors was previously associated with a company that was subsequently struck off by the Registrar of Companies.
  • There have been certain instances of delays in the payment of statutory dues by the company.
